LUCKNOW, India (AP) — A man in northern India will be publicly slapped 51 times as punishment after village elders found him guilty of raping a neighbor who is deaf and mute, a village chief said Friday.

Will justice be served after 51 open hand slapping? I did not think so too. 5 ’slaps’ is all I need. Given, of course, that I can use a mallet and the recepient of the ’slaps’ is his prick. These beastial maniacs really tick me off. They ought to have their prick severed off.

Yeah, I read that news a couple of days ago in the CNN website. Sad and disgusted I was, maybe they should change the name of the village to NOWLUCK?

well, countries do have different ways to penalize offenders. But those slaps are just wrong.

xtine: Yup, just plain wrong. I think that pouring scalding hot water onto the offender’s genitals is also humiliating. Why can’t they do that?
