2006.12.12In approximately 13 days the whole world will once again commemorate one of the most, if not the most, celebrated holiday: Christmas.
What kind of Christmas do you have in mind?
Are you ready for it?
How have you prepared yourself for the occassion?
These are just some rhetorical questions. But it would be great if you shared your thoughts, in the comment section. I haven’t updated this blog as often as I would like. I’ve been busy with work and getting a life that this blog has been neglected. Yeah, whatever!
I’ve been busy lately that I never had time to think about these questions.
Let me see. If I can have my way, I wish I can spend my Christmas the way I spent it when I was young. My neighborhood friends and I would go to midnight mass together (along with our parents) and afterwards we’d all meet at a friend’s house and spend the whole Christmas dawn together. Talking, dancing, singing, exchanging gifts, watching movies, early morning stroll around the neighborhood. Perhaps it’s a very rural way of celebrating Christmas, but I liked it.

Nah.. i dont know if it’s just me.. or this coming xmas is really, lacking that “spirit”, compared to the past years.
I guess, id spend it like how i usually do on ordinary days.
Tsk.. maybe xmas is really just for kids. The essence of it somehow fades off as we grow older.
Sad but true. :(
